- Best airport name ever! Sky Harbor! Come on!!! So awesome! AND the carpet has an airplane pattern! Best carpet too. :-) Can’t forget how great it feels to fly away from the heat or back to the cool.❤️
- If you're in Terminal 4, best food is at Sir Veza's for Mexican or Four Peaks Brewery for local brewpub fare. Cant go wrong with a Cartel Coffee Lab brew, either.
- Great choice of food in terminal 4, both A and B sides of terminal. Cowboy Ciao by B16 is great.
- Burgers are lower priced and equally tasty at Modern Burger on lower A concourse. On Upper A deluxe burger is twice price.
- RossMayo 20, 2019Looking for a souvenir? Scorpion lollipops are a popular Arizona souvenir novelty or gag gift. The unique candy is apparently the airport's best selling item.
- Very nice airport. Good selection of restaurants and prices aren't too bad. Pretty good sushi in the American terminal too!
- Elvis KibitiNoviembre 27, 2021Short on open restaurants, line at every meal place fast food included and if you get in to an actual restaurant they all have reduced menus to simple sandwiches. And they all close kitchen by 5pm
- The airport outposts of local restaurants have street pricing - meaning you won't be gouged by outrageous airport food pricing. Prices in airport are the same as the outside restaurant.
- Sarah SwitzerFebrero 12, 2015This airport is pretty good. I've always gotten through security quickly, and never had to walk too far to get to my gate. As a mom, the park and walk long term parking is horrendous, however.
- Richard RevillaAbril 23, 2023Smooth Operation to get through security. There is a Monorail now that takes you to the Car Rental Center.
- Richard BoardmanMayo 19, 2014Got an hour to kill? Stretch your legs with a wander around the rectangle of terminals. Infinite walkways! Wacky carpet! Note it's not a full loop. You can only cross n/s from b to c at the east end.
- Jenn MesenbrinkDiciembre 13, 2019Small, simple airport; quick trip through TSA (no line this Friday morning). If flying United—Paradise Bakery & Cafe has a yummy egg white, avocado and spinach sandwich at breakfast time! ✈️
- Eat at Sauce. The food is delicious, fast, the service is excellent and the atmosphere rocks. It doesn't feel like an airport restaurant.
- Try the 'Don't fly as much as me because your kids are growing up so much and you're missing it' special. It's a can't miss!
- Massive airport, free WiFi, lots and lots of options in the desk area and also in the gates, bars, wine bars, lunch, dinner, etc.
- One of the easiest airports to get through, I’ve never waited in line once with pre-check at United Terminal 3. Literally can arrive 30 mins before flight boards & soar through TSA.
- Jessica LockeJunio 24, 2013Go to Blanco Taco+Tequila in Terminal 4! Probably the best meal I've ever had in an airport. Had the braised short rib & avocado cheese crisps & the white peach & hibiscus margarita. Delicious!
- MeliSeptiembre 2, 2014Because it's usually 100+ degrees outside, they blast the AC inside the airport, making it feel like the North Pole, so bring a sweater if you're stopping here. There's also free wifi and charge ports
- Give yourself sufficient time to drop off your car rental. Plus, gas stations in area are more expensive than the rest of the city!
- Andra ZapartanMarzo 5, 2016I love this airport. It has lots of bars/lounges/restaurants and they all look awesome.
- I like this port for the Wi-fi and Mexican food. Don't like the rental car distance so much. Get a seat. And men, give up your seat to a woman if it's crowded. Chivalry is always appreciated.
- The only person who was friendly upon my entry was the person trying to sell me Clear. No benefit to precheck here either. Just sat down at SanTan though, and so far everyone here has been awesome.
- La Grande Orange (I think that's the name of the restaurant) has excellent food but a terrible setup. Ordering and getting your food can be confusing but it's worth the hassle. Music's good too!
- Yan BaczkowskiMayo 15, 2015I love this airport. I think it is well built, and easy to get around with great amenities and fast security. I hope that it keeps up good direct service with the merger
- RaeMarzo 24, 2017There is a good work desk and charging station by gate A17. Grab a dirty chai latte from Peet's coffee and settle in and get caught up on your emails.
- try a big fluffy english muffin at la grande orange in the D terminal (or on 40th street outside of the airport)....and enjoy my lovely hometown if youre stayin ^____^
- Jerry FergusonFebrero 11, 2013The Paradise Bakery & Cafe right across from Southwest gate C14 turned out to be a great lunch stop. The Paradise Club sandwich was excellent and the service is outstanding.
- Lindsey TimbermanMayo 5, 2014Looking for a great gluten free option at the airport? Check out La Grande Orange in the D terminal. The gluten free pizza was tasty - get the margherita!
- Wendy's in terminal 3 between gate 18-19 doesn't serve hamburgers till after 10am. $9.00 steak & egg burrito across the way is the best bet for breakfast.
- Big airport, but layout is easy and cleaner than most. Always pick up on North curb. Make sure to arrive early and ppl watch. Welcome to some dry heat ☀️
- Marissa RyanNoviembre 21, 2022One of the better airports (once you’re inside). If security is more than 30 minutes at your gate, check security times at all gates for the fastest one, all gates are connected inside.
- The shops and restaurants close at 9 pm. If you are unlucky enough to be on a late flight or red eye, be prepared to be hungry and thirsty by the time your flight leaves. Pretty poor customer service!
- Mark BrinkerhoffEnero 25, 2013While free wi-fi is much appreciated, can't find a recharge outlet at any gate to save your life. Oh, the irony!
- Welcome to Phoenix! This airport is conveniently located near downtown. Lots of food options. For some reason the air above Phoenix is always a little bumpy upon landing and taking off.
- Like planes? Have some time to kill? There's a great runway view w/ departures and arrivals over at gate D7. Join like-minded folks on twitter. Search for #planespotting & #avgeek. — Your pal, @User47
- Starbucks WHO?? Fughedaboutit...make your way to locally owned Press Coffee for your caffeine fix, your taste buds will thank you! (@presscoffee knows how to brew w/out scorching)
- You won't find any beverages other than water at the newsstand/news shops. Best place to find Coke/Diet Coke is at the CPK kiosk where there is not usually a line (like you will find at Pizza Hut et a

- Walk around. There is plenty of interesting stuff to see, places to eat, and shops to browse. Sitting will shorten your life span anyway.
- Wendell de OliveiraMayo 12, 2018Não é muito grande. Bem organizado. Só o piso de carpete que poderia ser trocado. Não tem muitas redes de alimentação.
- Terminal four is where all the cool kids go. If you're going to buy a $12 drink or a $15 salad, do it here. Excellent restaurants, unfortunate prices.
- Free wifi! Yay! But keep in mind it can sometimes be a bit slow so streaming video or downloads may be difficult. Best to keep it simple.
- Scenic views of the mountains and rock formations. Busy, yet quiet airport. I dig it...pun intended
- Janelle J.Diciembre 26, 2014The Mexican Grill in terminal b is legitimately good texmex. It's a little slow since they make everything on the spot, but it's a solid spot for food.
- La Grande Orange near the D gates has good coffee and breakfast food. I'm not a vegetarian - their Zuni Burrito (has tofu in it) is really good.
- Joe HartOctubre 23, 2011Try the Barfly restaurant. Local food served fast by friendly people. I had the fish and chips with a local ale and was surprised by how good it was. Not your typical airport food.
- PancrazioMayo 17, 2013Don't miss a real Italian espresso at Cartel Coffee Shop, in the C gate area. To have the true Italian experience pay for a single shot but ask to stop at 'half'.
- Phoenix Sky Harbor International AirportJulio 18, 2012We have an award-winning mobile website. Type in skyharbor.com on your mobile device & you can check flight status & even find out what shops & restaurants are near your departure or arrival gates.
- E BrownJunio 7, 2013Be prepared to hunt for an available outlet if you need to work or charge a phone or laptop. And if you think about looking around other concourses, you're in for a hike! Be prepared.
