- This place is really starting to go downhill. The bathrooms/locker rooms are filthy and have napkins and toilet paper all over. And the gym floor has equipment all over the place as well as paper.
- Unload your bar. Rack your weights (in order). Live above the influence.
- pretty pathetic for those who looks for a chick or some dude. You're here to work on yourself. Do it. Leave the superficial shit for the club.
- Try wiping down the equipment and re-racking your weights. You're not the only person working out in the gym!
- Busiest hours I've seen are from 5p-7p on week days.. Idk about weekends.

- Mornings are great...not as busy as afternoons and evenings!
- Wipe down BEFORE and AFTER most people don't wipe down after use. Yuck!
- No cold water in coolers. Most of the TVs don't work.
- Watch our for the employee racing his jeep in the parking lot. Ass is gonna cause an accident.
- Watch out for the girl crazed trainer here....lol!
- Wipe down before and after because most don't. Eww
