Thank you to the Staff members who take ownership of there positions and ownership of any issues. if the issue can be fixed immediately, the associate takes action immediately!! Bravo!
Don't watch Channel 10 when on the treadmill. It's the food network and had me plotting what unhealthy item I wanted for dinner! :)
Check out the 30 minute express workout. Its very thorough and super fast. Also, the Red Light Therapy is pretty amazing.

Love that there aren't a bunch of wanna be body builders primping in the mirrors!!
