AmyAbril 1, 2011The valet guys are the best and take good care of you. They should offer free internet. Overall, it is a nice place to stay, is conveniently located and the staff is pleasantly helpful.

Conveniently located to downtown, bars, museums, etc. Downside, they charge $10 a day for internet in the room.- Survived an F3 Tornado hitting it while I was there with no major damage other than the back up generator. Staff was very courteous and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of.

You COULD pay $4 for the water in your room. Or you can go to the gym on the 4th floor and refill your water bottle for free. Just saying...

There is an issue with the internet where it gets data from you.

valet your car and tip them well. they will take care of you.
