Always wear shorts to Sarah Bot's Strength 2 class to survive and a tank. And a towel (ideally the yogitoes type) for your mat is a must as well.

Alexis HenryAgosto 7, 2012Overall great studio. Downside, I got to my class early, they didn't know which room and when I finally asked the class was full. Waited a half hour just to get in my car and drive home. Not happy.
