some of the BEST services I have received in my years of travel. Staff was attentive but slightly out of range if needed, but were there when needed - truly amazing.
There are 2 lounges, one towards left and one on right side of the elevator in 8th floor. Go for the left one which is small as it's more silent and better personalized service. Open until 1930

Guests who can access the club now have breakfast in Montagu Kitchen. From 530-730 pm there are served canapés and complimentary wine. Other times, coffee, te and sodas- David JefferySeptiembre 20, 2014Family section on one side of elevator bank, business section on the other. Genius.
