OlinAbril 21, 2018I found the lobby very dark and too much in the buzz of Times Square. It’s literally like sitting between advertisements.. but our cheese platter and wine was good.

Real good service for the in-room dining.. Especially at 11:30 in night.

If you order a side of bacon with room service... Don't listen to the guy that tells you it's only 3 or 4 slices. It's more like 6 or 8!!!

Elevator to the lobby is one floor but will take you ten minutes.

Good by Times Square hotel standards, but the bar staff in particular were poor.
Grilled Cheese Panini is fantastic... Hot water doesnt seem to reach the 18th floor though...
