A RankFebrero 12, 2011Don't try to plan a secret champagne & strawberries delivered to your room...they called the room and RUINED the surprise! The customer service here is a JOKE.
Anna McAgosto 13, 2012Housekeeping only cleans your room if you're gone by 9 am. Vernon Greene, hotel manager, tells you it's your fault your room is dirty and laughs at you.
Not only do you have to walk what seems like a mile to self-park, but they charge you $16 a day for the privilege. Ridiculous. This isn't New York City.

Beautiful place, but far from everything. Do not go without your own transportation.
Good luck with Internet or phone connections, but the bed was super comfy!
Very disappointed with the WiFi service. Cost per day to high and poor service in meeting halls and conference rooms. Paying to park 16.00 a day is also absurd. :(
For a business resort I have to say I expected a desk in my room. Ugh.
