- Kenike MarceauMarzo 23, 2019Caution and please bring your patience as road construction 🚧 has created delays at the entrance into the airport. You should still arrive early enough to prepare for your departures/arrivals.
- 6 am flights always have the longest security lines. Give yourself plenty of time if you want to make your flight. Love the Dunkin Donuts coffee in Terminal 1 too. ☺✈☕

- Every chair now has an AC plug! Take a lesson all other airports. SA is the best!
- Jimmy KastnerAgosto 7, 2017It's actually a pretty easy airport to navigate through. Read the signs and you'll get to where you need to go. Free Wifi is a plus.
- If you plan to eat before your trip be sure and log on to the free wifi and check for coupons. It is on the homepage when you accept the terms for the wifi. Love the free wifi. Wish other had it!
- Justin CovertDiciembre 23, 2014Some rental car companies might require a phone call for the shuttle. Also get there as early as possible when departing, even if it requires sitting at the bar for an extra hour. ;)
- Relatively easy to get in and out of. It'll be a lot better once the onsite rental car facility is completed.
- Terminal B is superior to A in many ways. One reason is that the sink faucets in Terminal B have a full stream whereas A's faucets comes out at an Eco-friendly trickle.
- TSA is courteous and helpful, lots of outlets for charging, free WiFi that works, and a San Antonio Public Library kiosk where you can charge your device while downloading a free book rental.
- Easy airport to get around, staff is very friendly…. Great direct flights to Mexico City. Don’t forget to check out Merit coffee shop for delicious local coffee.
- If you are in transit to shift floors to pick your Rental Car, Baggage, Ticketing, Check in, I highly recommend to use the elevators. They are less confusing than using the electric stairs.

- If you park here & don't want to bring your parking ticket with you, just take a pic with your phone bc telling them you are on the 2 nd flr brings up the next ? of which garage😳
- Tony TDiciembre 19, 2022No major delays, no long lines at TSA check points. As a matter of fact TSA is very efficient here. Plenty of parking. Plenty of signage to guide you through. Get in, wait, eat, and fly out.
- There is a Raising Cane's in the terminal. If you haven't had it, definitely try it. Started in Louisiana. Chicken known for their great sauce

- John HankusEnero 8, 2015Most of the restaurants are just past security. Try some Raising Canes chicken strips. Delicious. Airport is a relatively short ride from downtown.
- Fly American Airlines or United. They both utilize Terminal B — which is very nice, has power outlets on every seat and has very nice curbside, check-in and TSA staff. And it's rarely crowded.
- In the event of severe weather such as a tornado or hurricane, get over to the B gates and take shelter.

- If departures car drop off line is long - get dropped off in Arrivals and take the escalator up to check-in. This saved me so much time.
- San Antonio airport is amazing for such a large city. Lines are rarely long and they have a pretty good layout
- One of the most efficient TSA spots. Typically, even with high traffic, I have no problems with getting through check in to gate within 60 mins.
