A great coffee place in a small quiet street so you can have a perfect terrass experience. Inside you find a little gallery with interesting expositions and not to forget: the food is great!
Nice design museum. First it was close to the Picasso museum. The new location is beautiful and spacious but it is quite a trip.

The university of Barcelona has really beautiful gardens, free admission. It's worthwhile to also take a look inside, the building is very nice too.
The Església de la Puríssima Concepció, on Carrer d’Aragó 299, was built in the 13th century as a convent for nuns on what is now Via Laietana. The garden is simply stunning.
An alternative stylish perfumshop, where they make all the pefums themselves. The perfums are quite simpel, but fun and fairly cheap.
