Travel + LeisureJunio 5, 2014A Rose City icon since 1909, this grande dame's Northwest-style touches include mounted wooden deer heads, framed Columbia Gorge sword ferns, and souvenirs of “genuine Portland rain” in the mini-bar.- Rooms are super cute. Some have no view. Some have a fireplace. Mine had a cute green door.
- The inside rooms are quieter. If you’d rather have a good night’s sleep than a view you can request one. 😴
