    Long waits. Overcrowded, overpriced, and overrated. Tried the frozen mocachino and it honestly wasn't that special. Just cold and big.

    Overpriced and really not that great. I think the frozen hot chocolate from Jacques Torres is a lot nicer!

    Chicken sandwich was dried up, tasteless, hard and overall terrible rotisserie chicken leftover from 3 months ago. Hopefully desert is better.

    What's good? Not the ftozrn hot chocolate. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Over priced and overrated.

    Not worth it. Food is mediocre, service is way too slow. Servers just go missing at times. People that work here just don't care.
