Early Bird is poorly explained in menu - you can actually have any starter+main you want for €21, with a small additional charge for the one or two dishes specifically mentioned.
Hit the fish shops just before close 6pm-ish and they'll give you a free bag of minnows and plastic gloves to feed the seals in the harbour.
