L ANoviembre 15, 2016السنه الماضيه كان الفندق ممتاز لكن مادري ليش مستواه تدهور بشكل فضيع هالسنه، الخدمات سيئه، الاستقبال كنهم مالهم خلق وموظف المطعم اقوله ابي طاوله بفطر يقولي والله الوضع زي ما انتي شايفه! وين المهنيه؟؟!
Islam FetouhSeptiembre 26, 2014Rooms are good and staff is very helpful however there is no lobby and elevators are far from each others and very crowded.
One of the worst hotels ever.. the carpet had stains and burnt out in some areas.. the a/c wasn't working so I had to stay in the lobby and waited for along of time so I could have another room..
Leave this at your door if you don't want your room to be cleaned. They're like the cleaning 'rhymes with Yahtzee'.

Chereen ZOctubre 2, 2014Decor is nice, but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms and corridors are filthy, the service is horrible, and the food is pretty bland. All in all, I won't be staying here again.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. . أنصح زائري المدينة بالسكن في هذا الفندق الرائع و الفخم .. حيث ستجدون الترحيب و طيب المعاملة من العاملين في الفندق .. و ستستمتعون بلذة بوفيه الإفطار لديهم .
