- The Corcoran GroupNoviembre 1, 2011Come here before the Opera and enjoy a Dim Sum Dinner - one of the only places that serves it at night! Make sure you get the pork bun, star dumpling and taro pancake.
- Adrienne CooperDiciembre 13, 2019This is an old school classic. You come here for the performance element--get Peking duck or come for the OG General Tso's but not for something new and exciting.Votación a favor hace Mar 5
- DailyCandyDiciembre 30, 2013"Dine in — as decorative red-eyed monkeys watch you clean your plate — or out — the restaurant provides plates, sauces, chopsticks, fortunes cookies, even dessert (candied pecans)."
- İpek A.Febrero 9, 2015If you love chinese food you should definetely go to this place. Duck egg rolls, sea bass & scallops are delicious. And a good wine selection.
- The food and service are really good but don’t come in the winter. The only source of heat seems to be a small space heater
- I have been going here for years, great Peking Duck - I love the monkeys & dragons in the main dining room with their evil red eyes! grand manier prawns rich & yum!
- Eugene SAgosto 26, 2014Great lunch. The special is worth it. Hot and sour soup. Crispy Beef. Pineapple
- Stephen MarkMayo 26, 2013sauteed dried string beans are delicious. a nice, slightly burned, texture and some good strong seasonings (garlic?). I ate every one.
- dara lynneMarzo 11, 2013The cafe is a good neighborhood spot for Chinese / dim sum, although a bit expensive. There is also the more formal version of the restaurant next door.
- Savannah PetrickOctubre 7, 2015this place is good! away with the 7.8! plus we saw da ladies of haim eating there! whoop whoop
- My goto place for some quality dimsum anytime of day - yes, they serve it even at night! And their Peking duck is delicious too!
- Lee HoffmanDiciembre 25, 2019Very good general tsos chicken (all white meat) and vegetable fried rice
- Paul KardousSeptiembre 23, 2015Classic 70's Chinese dining. If you want to know what Chinese food was like before America got authentic Chinese food, this is the place.
- Erica ChoiNoviembre 5, 2011My favorite place for takeout and delivery. Sea bass filet and grand mariner shrimp are so savory and delicious, absolutely melts in your mouth.
- Trae FAbril 9, 2017Excellent food and our server, Yap, was amazing making excellent recommendations.
- Sonja PodestaSeptiembre 27, 2013Order the green tea to start. Everything will be 20x more delicious than you would ever expect.
- Sahm AdrangiJunio 7, 2012Grand marnier prawns great tasting but rich. Chan do chicken fine but nothing unusually special. Heavenly fillet and noodles sorta msg-ish. But great decor and overall the food was fine.
- R ISeptiembre 5, 2012A new favorite. Food, decor, staff in cafe ...so amazing. Get the duck flat noodles,
- CompassJulio 25, 2013The Chinese restaurant near Lincoln Center has a cult following for its dragon-themed decor and always-tasty dishes.
- The New York TimesAgosto 27, 2010Grand Marnier shrimp and pillowy mu shu make for an elegant pre-Lincoln Center meal best taken with martinis and friends.
- Christina TJunio 11, 2015If you haven't ordered yet... RUN while you can. Their manager, wait stuff and overall customer service will leave you so dissatisfied, it will make for an overall bad meal. Never eat when you're mad
- Patricia LeeJulio 25, 2015Went for the novelty based on the general Tso documentary. Way overpriced but good was decent and plentiful. Also not the original location!
- FRITZ fritztheyodelerAbril 4, 2010Grand Marnier Shrimp... plump and succulent... excellent decor, elegant and dark. 43 W 65th St. with a dim sum next door.
- marie marshallAbril 24, 2022Shun Lee West, once a favorite- never again. ‘Peking’ Beijing Duck was horrid. Barely warmed, tasteless, dry. Rubbery pancakes. Tepid too thick plum sauce. Quartered scallion skins stuck in throat.
- Get some dim sum, peeking duck, chan-do chicken and some heavenly fish filet. Toss some garlic string beans into the mix...Thank me later.
- joseph raccugliaSeptiembre 15, 2011Hit or miss Dim Sum. But super fun when it is busy. Sit in the Cafe, not the full-service restaurant.
