It’s very nice and lovely! If you want a lovely and fancy hotel where you and your family will be spoiled then this is the place to be! It’s even great for kids. I would 100% recommend.

M. KhalidFebrero 7, 2013A very good location; the suite is spacious with a marvelous sea view, we got an extra bed easily, staff were friendly and welcoming. Location is 9/10 I highly recommend Sofitel worldwide.
General ambience is great. Ask for a palm view room. Expect to relax. In Maui beach rest. try us burger. Try porter house. Call center is not helpful enough. i needed HDMI CABLE and they didnt supply

MashailSeptiembre 14, 2019Nice place for families, couples and solo travelers. Nice seating area outdoor. The breakfast was okay;I’ve seen better for such a luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly.
The hotel beach has a view of Burj Al Arab. The suites are very spacious and they have a golf cart service to take you to your room.
Sultan Al-MalkiFebrero 12, 2015Quite place, and nice beach and food, but has to improve customer services and room amenities. Go for the palm (not sea) view is it has a much better view (sea view is actually parking-then-sea view!)

RazanJunio 29, 2017Bad service, overpriced. We pre-booked a suite, when we arrived they told us they had no rooms available!! We had to wait for an hour to get to our room. They didn't even apologize. Rude.
