Prompt and attentive service on a Sunday afternoon. Horrible restroom that turns you off ordering food from the kitchen that it's beside.

Sure it's usually nice, but my one experience I had to wait 45mins after ordering to find out the kitchen lost my order, no real apology, and expected to pay full price and tip. Disgraceful.
