AshleyJulio 18, 2015Good service - ordered a Guinness and the keg kicked so it took a bit to get my beer, which was totally understandable but they ended up giving it me on the house which was awesome of them
Authentic. That's all you need to say about The Gate. Food is unexpectedly tremendous. All the Irish favorites delivered with the ingredients and service you would hope for. Staff is the best. #LOVE

Jason CronkJunio 1, 2013St. James Gate has the BEST Cobb Salald in New York City. Well worth ordering. I thought nothing could beat Hair of the Dog's Cobb Salad, but thank the heavens I stumbled upon this pot of gold!

Best bar in NYC! Nicest bartenders and GREAT service all around! Guinness is amazing and food is really good too
Don't be thrown off by the prices, buy-backs happen often. The high prices are there to keep the gin mill crowd away.

The Irish breakfast will totally raise your mood score. Pair it with a bloody to improve your ripped score.- Still the best bar in the UWS. Go St. James Go!
