I really enjoy this place. Simple, affordable, well kept hotel. Sure it is a bit dated but it is still worth it. This is my hotel of choice while in DC.
I have no complaints, $99 a night for a hotel close to everything, found service to be friendly and accommodating, and room was very clean! Look forward to staying here again during my next trip to DC

Derek GrovesMarzo 29, 2010Room temperature is seasonal- if management considers it "winter", you'll only be able to turn on heat- A/C won't work and vice versa. This is set building wide! $60 per day debit card holds as well.

A/c is seasonal. I'm here in April, it's hot and no a/c. Very poor customer service also.
