I just tried taking advantage of the $1 smoothie on check-in and the front desk guy had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe it's just for show.
linda ziskindEnero 14, 2010no frills, no cute workout clothes. Hardcore muscle builders. but everyone is friendly and helpful to non-muscled members like me.
Put your own weights away when you are finished. If you are strong enough to use it; replace it where it belongs.- Change it up train heavy for two weeks then switch to 75% of max for 4 sets of 15 reps. Contact WILL for more input. Will2change1962@gmail.com
