The club rooms located 19th floor onwards have their own lounge & butler. The view is excellent facing the lagoon park. However, hotel rooms interior little bit run-down for wear & tear. The management should replace all worn out carpetings!

- The Surau here us very conveniently located at Level 10. Usually quiet but occasionally there are visitors from indoor workshop held in the hotel.

Has YousefAgosto 11, 2019Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel at all. The room is old and thin walled. Slow service in general, no one picks up the phone in the reception. Its not bad, good for families but terrible for couples.

Nice to stay. Room is clean, wifi signal is strong. But bell boy 's service need improve. You asked them things, they look like frustrating n lazy to answer you.
Breakfast was served more to middle eastern food. It was Hari Raya and was expecting some Raya food. Lemang, ketupat mana?
