Ron and Sean the two bar tenders are amazing warm and friendly always! Best sushi on the upper-Midwest side; I love it here and have been coming here for years!
I love this place but today I noticed that they already include tip with your bill so be sure to check your bill before you pay and include an additional tip!

Sushi Yasuda is my favorite. Sushi Damo is #2 in Manhattan. The bar scene is also underated. Sean the bartender is the nicest, coolest, fun and warmest bar tender in town.
Passion roll, happy hour until seven, and excellent service make this a great weekday sushi place!

Marisa FrancoEnero 30, 2014DO NOT COME HERE.sushi was not fresh and very low quality. The tuna had a chewy jello texture if you can imagine and when I sent it back, the manager took it back with an annoyed look and no apology.

Joseph StunziDiciembre 29, 2013We were disappointed by the food and service here. Everything came out fast and was prepared properly. That being said the flavor profile was bland. My chicken teriyaki was bland and unseasoned.
Try the Shrimp Tempura and the Tokyo Roll! You'll enjoy every bite!
