TingNoviembre 20, 2014Overpriced seafood.Come here for the experience and that's it.Freshly shucked oysters r the only ones worth the $$. Grilled/ cooked stuff r generally blah.Better to buy em raw n cook yourself at home.
Nothing beats lunch at the fish markets. My fave is the grilled fish and salad from fresh market cafe BBQ grill. Kingfish, John dory and gemfish always superb. also do great grilled seafood platters.
Sauces, dips, marinades, cheeses, coffee, chocolate, pasta, icecreams and good Asian selection - Blackwattle Deli is one of my favourite delis in Sydney

barely anything open here on New Year's Day. so if you're thinking about having this as your first meal of the year, you might wanna consider something else.
Super fresh seafood. Beware of seagulls when sitting outside!

Kanji IshiwaraEnero 28, 2020Place is relatively clean. Got there around 10AM on a weekday and it wasn’t too packed. Sydney Rock Oysters tasted fresh but were on the puny side. The cooked shrimps were not deveined so felt nasty.
I bought the biggest, plumpest, most delicious king prawns from Claudio’s 😋😋😋

Check out the seafood school cooking classes. Some of Sydney's best chefs host and amazing value.
