Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson (Balthazar, Minetta Tavern, etc.) designed a Provencal-inspired bistro. Croque monsieurs and duck confit are among the items on the menu, and everything can be ordered to-go.
This is awesome. Orders are placed on iPads at table. Select flight and the iPsd will give status updates. The iPad is free to use while dining. Charging stations at each table, too
Friendly, efficient service. Nice sit-down option if you have a bit of time before your flight. Both breakfast and dinner meals (omelet, steak sandwich) I've had here were delicious.
The food is actually very good. Nice healthy alternative to the other crap being sold in the terminal. Tuna Niscoux and the Avocado tomato sandwich are great trading selections!
You order from the menu on the ipad, you swipe your card, they bring you the order. Had a reisling, arugula salad, & shared a croque madame. Service was great, too.
Try some Death's Door White Whisky (@deathsdoor) that spends a short time in uncharred barrels leaving it white. Drink as you would whiskey, white rum or blanco tequila.
They don't accept cash. You order on the opal and prepay. Tip is set at 18%.Don't except to see your server except when they bring out your food. If short on time, skip this place.
My expectations of airport restaurants are never high, but this place is the absolute worst. You'd be better off with a Cinnabon and an expired Odwalla. Avoid this place at all costs.
Service is sub par, I had to keep me hand raised for someone to acknowledge me. With 3 waitresses on staff and only 10 tables occupied. Food selection is also limited. Not impressed
No New York experience would be complete without a visit to this bistro inspired by Provençale cuisine. The menu at Bisoux has been created by Chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson, of Balthazar, Pastis, Schiller’s and Minetta Tavern, and features the flavors and textures of simple French country cooking.
