Josh MateoAbril 26, 2015Amazing staff, everyone is so friendly and the resort itself is beautiful and secluded. Try the Chi Chi cocktail. Only a short taxi ride (30 min) to the Caribbean side of the island.

This resort is an excellent place to be in. People - staff, locals, and guests - are great. The beach is amazing with emrald blue water and pink sand.

ac is weak, service is slow, drug dealers working on the beach but beach is great and view is awesome.
Air conditioning in the rooms is sporadic. Make sure to ask for fans if possible.
BoyBurnsBarnJunio 3, 2010No AC in room for the entire stay, incompetent staff from GM on down, 2 hour wait beyond check in, drug dealers roaming the beach, very commercial, nothing outside of property. Avoid!
