HISTORYMayo 21, 2010This hotel was designed by architect Louis Asbury, Sr. & opened as the Mayfair Manor in 1929. Half of the original 100 rooms were rented by permanent tenants & thrived even during the Great Depression

Service was great. They worked hard to make is feel appreciated, and it made up for a couple silly maintenance issues we noticed.
Anthony V.hace 3 semanasWhen the hotel was built in 1929, the Dunhill Hotel was the tallest building in Charlotte at 10 stories.
Gotta try the Love Loaf @ the resturant next door. The service is slow. So prepare for a long dinner. The staff here is great and awesome bartender!
