Great hotel with great location and large rooms for NYC! If you meet doorman Rome you know you have made the right choice! Also wine hour and free wifi in Club room!

We were greeted every night, "Welcome home, family!". Metro is across the street and walking distance to everything. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfy. I love it here!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2nd floor lounge is a relaxing place to hang when you don't want to be in your room. Definitely would stay here again!

Really nice hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have iHomes. I forgot my toothbrush and one was promptly brought up to my room! Lobby has iced cold water with lemons!

Really great hotel. Rooms are very big for midtown. Free wine every day from 5-6pm. Only negative was you have to pay for wifi in the rooms

Take the 6 train to anywhere on the Eastside. The 50th street crosstown to 5th Ave or go a little further for a Broadway show. Excellent Winter booking rates, upgrades, clean, big rooms, great staff.

Nice size rooms. You should try the deluxe ones with balcony! Good location too. And they have a wine hour...

Huge rooms considering it's NYC. Staff members are awesome Very friendly and accommodating. U get to pick ur own pillow too down, buckwheat , iPod speaker pillow magnet therapy pillow. Great place

Biggest rooms I've stayed in in NYC. Comfortable beds, great amenities, and a helpful and friendly staff (shout out to Rome!). Also great location!
