Cozy, local spot. Fireplace for winter, garden for summer. They do magical things with seasonal ingredients in the small kitchen, but they do run out of dishes so get your orders in quick!

Bavette steak is a must. Say hi to James, head chef and he may part with something a little special for you to eat
They start serving food from 7pm on Saturdays. And of course amazing steak :)

Mark LainasOctubre 24, 2010On paper it sounds good but they ran out of roast at 1pm on Sunday! And now they won't serve us cheese with our wine because the kitchen is closed. How much cooking is involved in plating cheese?
Best pub around, especially since The Bird in Hand shut. Fantastic food and a good selection of tipple.
Fantastic food. A real gem of a place. Highly recommended.
Sticky toffee pudding is euphoric. You will be scraping the plate.
