    Great accomodation with excellent views of the Chrysler building. Was impressed by not being charged for using the internet here. Very central, close to everything, will definably be returning

    Big rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. After a long day of walking they gave us a good nights sleep! Our one night stay was perfect!

    Albergo consigliatissimo: camere grandissime e belle! Posizione ottima..Accanto alla Central Station e al Chrysler Building! Guardando dalla finestra ho davanti l'Empire!!

    This place is pretty decent for the price and location. Often times my key doesn't work which can be annoying. Staff is generally friendly save for a few. Turning into a Westin in the near future.

    The restaurant was excellent. Sesame crusted tuna-wow. Kenny was a great server too, thanks for the free chocolate truffles!

    Now managed by starwood, which gave it a facelift to be continued in the next couple of months. Large rooms, free Internet. Bathrooms need updating

    Big rooms, good midtown location, but the staff are nowhere near Starwood quality. Rude, lazy, and way too into their own conversations to provide proper service.

    Location is good. Staff is rude and completely clueless!! If you're there for vacation and don't plan on spending to much time in the room, it's fine.

    There is self parking for 8 hours only $10 The Bellman won't tell you that though.

    Don't stay here. Without notice, they shut off the water on a Friday. Fire alarm went off throughout the day. Unsympathetic customer service
