    The staff is good the management is terrible. I told them before serving me about my food allergy and they dropped the ball in service.

    Not a great business hotel. Slow Internet connection and no bedside outlets... Staff however is very friendly.

    The elevators are super slow. Definitely does not meet the standard of the Ritz. Currently have waited 16 mins.

    Don't stay here I'd you don't have to. The Ritz should be embarrassed to have this facility as part of their brand.

    I stayed there for 5 days. They have a good service but the Buckhead is better.
