The woman here offered only the most expensive options, all the while checking her Facebook updates on her phone while serving me. Walk to the UPS on Bwy and Worth. So much more helpful!

Tiny location, between Muscle Maker Grill and a construction site. Easy to miss due to the surrounding scaffolding.

Helpful staff though somewhat unfamiliar with international shipping regulations. Give yourself 30 minutes if you intend to mail a package.

This is a new UPS store as of Jan 2013. Replaces the Mailboxes/UPS store formerly on Greenwich Street (moved locations).

Worst store ever. Customer service is terrible. You're better off just throwing your package off your roof, it's more likely to get to its destination undamaged
