Derek HortonSeptiembre 11, 2013This hotel has terrible service. Over 2 hours for a maintenance call. The doors in these rooms don't lock when shut you can push them open. Save yourself money and stay somewhere else.

Lots of free wifi options. Only 2 outlets in 1st floor food court though.
Winter in Venice is pretty but the "light show" is lame. Ice-skating is cool but overpriced. It's Vegas though, what's not?

Tanya SpanierSeptiembre 26, 2010Don't bother upgrading to Prestige Club. Does NOT compare to Ritz Club level. Palazzo pool is super crowded, loud, really unpleasant. Azure is a sad meat-market. Suites at Palazzo huge and sweet.
Play poker! 1/2 is small action tight games.
TrapperFebrero 29, 2012Absolutely terrible. Sat down 1 hour after reservation and no bar service for first 30 minutes while waiting. Complain all you want, they don't care and this was on a dead tuesday.
