David KaufmanAgosto 15, 2010Free shuttle service most of the day/night. Great service and very convenient to get to restaurants, bars, and other Buckhead locations. Exit the motor lobby and ask the valet if you need a ride.
Tim FluchtNoviembre 19, 2013Ladies - use valet parking for safety"s sake. The parking garage looks like it was laid out by the set designer from the movie Hostel. No joke - don't do it.

Jeff GlassAbril 6, 2010Stay on the 21 or 22nd floor (concierge lounge w/ free water, snacks, bkfst). 6th floor is the gym & pool - smells like chlorine - avoid.
Gym is okay, number of machines and small pool but no sauna.
Nice from the outside beyond dirty in the inside

With very few exceptions, the service quality is getting worse
