Looking for an ATM? The hotel ATM charges $3.50, so head out of the hotel criss the road onto Houston Street, there is an ATM by Reata with only a $2 charge.

BrianJulio 19, 2015Avoid this "4 Star" letdown. Horribly slow elevators. Thin walls - we could hear every noise in the halls and every word our neighbors spoke. 4 couples stayed here on 4 different floors. All agreed.

Bring an xtra set of keys ! And be sure to tip the valet cashier too.

Dan ButlerFebrero 14, 2010Hotel doesn't offer DVD players to individuals rooms, you will need to plan a large convention in order to receive this service on an "exception" basis. Tough rule, but explained well by front desk.

Just got wireless in all the rooms effective 2012. 
Slowest freaking elevators in Texas. Allow extra time.
