Classes are hard so get ready to sweat. Take Alex's classes and be prepared to laugh. She makes class really fun!

Tamal's 11:15 class on Saturday is an amazing way to start your weekend. And his Sunday night class is a great way to finish it off. :)

Gorgeous, donation-based eco-friendly studio. Haven't had a bad teacher yet, small afternoon classes.
Great teachers to try: Chani, Sibyl, Jennifer and Liz.- It's not donation based anymore (way too many people flaked on it) but this is still a great place and the prices are not bad at all.
If you want to really, really work, check out Sean Grey's vinyasa flow classes.
Sibyl is wonderful instructor with a meditative mood
