Nice rooms and friendly staff. Bar is nice but a little pricey. Gym is good but hidden away in the basement. WiFi was good both in room and public areas. Convenient location.

Very spacious rooms, great breakfast and a good deal with nearby Aspria spa for one of the best gym/spa experiences in Brussels

Pode fechar o olho e se hospedar no Thon Stephanie. Hotelzão lindo, quartos muito espaçosos, cheio de agrados como Nespresso e chaleira no quarto, camas fantásticas e o estacionamento EUR 15/dia

Die Zimmer können was! Sauberkeit, Einrichtung...alles perfekt! Aber das Personal ist nur gezwungen freundlich. Man fühlt sich nicht richtig willkommen!

The room are spacious, good location. The receptionist was lazy and moved in slow motion. Car park and air conditioning not working.

Had a great stay. Most staff were excellent, the two male reception staff however were rude and useless. I would stay again and if they weren't there it would deserve 5 stars.

Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle mais les services d'un 4 étoiles ne sont pas à la hauteur. Néanmoins on y passe un agréable séjour.

One of the "great hotels of the world"? Doubt it! They charge for a basic service such as Internet. Disgusting but true: smoking is still allowed here! Booked a double room but got a twin. 100% chaos!

Typisch Brussel? als je nederlands praat gaat het gesprek gewoon verder in het Engels...tweetaligheid is ver te zoeken....maar dan nog liever Engels dan Frans, moeten beide partijen dan moeite doen...
