Get a firm stance, visualize where you want the ball to land, make a smooth release by gently breathing out as you swing your arm and release the ball. And root for Boccelism!!!
If you smoke, you can do it out on the back patio… one of the few places you can smoke in Marin! But, please close the door… musicians can smell it wafting in and it irritates our vocal chords :-)
Jump off of the middle of the bridge facing east and swim to the dock about 50 yards away. Do it at high tide and not after a recent rain. You'll love it!
