Not a dive bar. Can't go wrong with Chicken & Waffles for brunch. I'm a fan of Strawberry Chipotle Vinaigrette that comes with the sweet potato fries. Service is efficient but not overly warm.
Try the curry puff, pear & gruyère, and rotiboy. The Vietnamese coffee is great (but takes some time to make).
