The fitness center is world class. There is everything you can want for cardio, weights, swimming, golf, rock climbing, racketball, etc. There is also a sauna and relaxation rooms. It's just a great!
poGILBERT ParMarzo 10, 2019Great service 👍🏼 Proceed to the 8th floor to check-in. Gym at Basement 2 is reported to be the biggest indoor gym in Asia. Starbucks ☕️ is located across the hotel lobby.
Dave SEnero 16, 2017It's a no man's land if you want to wander the hood. The best option: exit and go into the Starbucks to the right. Go downstairs and you have all types of legit restaurants, not a standard food court.
jedicatOctubre 2, 2020강변뷰 룸 선택시 1박당 3만원이 추가된다. 그래도 강변뷰가 병원뷰보단 낫다. 로비라운지에 전시된 작품들이 훌륭하다. 세계적인 한국작가 이불의 사이보그를 볼 수 있다. 8층 라운지에서는 2시부터 음료와 간식이 제공되는데 마카롱과 약식 등이다. 꽤나 맛있다.- 혜원 ♡Mayo 5, 2019Best luxury hotel in Seoul. Connected to Shinsegae (Korea's nicest department store), multiple subway lines, and extremely convenient to everywhere. You really can't go wrong. Service is amazing. 💯

- Great rooms, good service, very nice lounge. Food court in mall basement below hotel is mind blowing. Only downer are slow elevators. Recommended.
- It is directly connected to the Sinsegae Dept Store and Famille Station. Lots to do!

HEIDIAgosto 15, 2015週末のせいか朝食、チェックアウト時は多くの韓国人ファミリーのゲストで激混み エレベーターに乗るのに30分要します。運良く、乗れたとしてもチェックアウトでロビーも激混み。ビジネスで泊まるには不便極まりない。

The Business Centre on the 30th Floor is great. Free beers at night and breakfast.
Demands only "spouse" can get into club lounge and get club benefits. Other guests need to pay KRW70,000 extra. Pure discrimination and anachronic behavior. Pathetic.
그랜드볼룸서 한 조찬행사의 크로와상은 너무 맛있는데 스크램블 에그는 영~ 별로.
