Best trail road in Tehran. Many runners come here so you don't get bored. It has a long road with lots of nature and fresh air to satisfy you. Nights are chilly all year around.

The best place for walking especially in the midweek mornings.the only problem is car park.

واسه پیاده روی بهترین جاست تو تهران! بهترین زمانم همین پاییز و زمسنونه که خیلی خلوت و خوشگله :) سکوتش انقدر خوبه که ترجیح میدم بدون موزیک گوش دادن راه برم بیشتر اوقات ! مخصوصا روزای برفی و بارونی :)

Best place for walking and running in tehran
Men are not allowed to walk in with shorts, unless it covers their knees! Some parts of road smells like Weed!
وضعيت بد بهداشت فضاى عمومى و سرويس هاى بهداشتى براى باشگاهى كه هزينه ورود بهش حدودا بين ٥٠٠ تا ٨٠٠ هزار تومان در ساله. اين هزينه فقط براى ورود به مجموعه هستش. كجاست مديرى كه پاسخگو باشه ؟ 👎
mehrnoosh sharifiJulio 19, 2015جمعه شب چيزي ديدم كه خيلي بد بود! يه سري توي فضاي سبز كنار جاده سلامتي زير انداز پهن كرده بودن و بساط پيك نيك راه انداخته بودن!!!!! من نمي دونم باشگاه ورزشي چرا بايد به پارك تبديل بشه؟؟
Elahe HsJulio 5, 2016كفپوش هاي جاده خراب شده و رسيدگي نميشه ... فكر ميكنم بهترين زمان براي تعميرات هم همين روزهاي ماه رمضان بود كه خب استفاده نشد 😐😐فضا شلوغ شده و بانوان گير دِه😂 موجود هستندو عملن با خيابان فرقي نميكنه- هر روز بدتر ميشه. وضعيت پيست تارتان چند ماهه نامناسبه ، نمى دونم اگر كسى زمين بخوره و آسيب ببينه كى پاسخگو هستش ؟ يعنى فقط بلدن پول بگيرن. از هزينه بالاى ثبت نام گرفته تا پول الكى براى پاركينگ 👎

- وجود چند چاه و فرو رفتگى خطرناك بدون سرپوش در جاده اى كه مخصوص دويدن و پياده روى است. كاش براى سلامت ورزشكارها ارزش قائل بودن.

Romina ShiraziJulio 17, 2018خیلی خوبه فقط انقدر کافه ها و رستوران ها زیادن هی غذا رو به یاد آدم میارن :)) و بعضی از قسمت ها به فاصله ی نسبتا طولانی لامپش سوخته که پیاده روی توو شب سخت میکنه و امیدوارم زودتر درستش کنن.
فضاي خوبيه براي پياده روي بخصوص اينكه پستي و بلندي مسير باعث ميشه پياده روي يكنواخت و خسته كننده نباشه.
