Go their early (before 11am) to avoid the wait.

if you're coming with non-chinese people, don't let them order. also come with a game plan of what you want to eat.

Really not fresh dimsum. MSG covering up the taste. Only thing going for it is the sheer size of this restaurant and ability to seat really large groups.
