    Always make an appointment if you need any tech support. Rumor has it ninjas work in the back to get the product out so fast. Real ninjas.

    You can make an appointment all you want... but if its not the job of the person at Genius Bar they leave sitting and waiting...and waiting...really! Watched 3 guys work as greeters and none helped me

    WOW! I just got the 3rd Degree for wanting to EXCHANGE my H/K headphones. This is the THIRD time here exchanging them! Staff I dealt with were VERY disrespectful. First time I've had a bad experience.

    Despite COVID restrictions the staff organized efficient process to access store.The problem is if you are stuck in line elsewhere and you need to adjust your time no one answers their phone.Brutal.
