Can't go wrong with the Salted Fish Chicken and Kang Kung Belacan. Their curry base is nice and rich as well. All in all, more hits than misses for local favorites refined a couple of steps up.
Peranakan food here, cincalok omelette, kapitan curry chicken, terung balado. Good use of spices. But the chicken was kinda 'reput'. Kopi here is decent.
The chicken pontei is basically using excess fried chicken and stew it in the pontei sauce. The green curry is a joke because you will find 2 tiny shred of chicken if you are lucky.
