Fantastic feast for both the eyes and the tastebuds... Butcher's heaven (and more) with a nice atmosphere. Beautiful crowd willing to get away from the mass of the Strip... MUST try while in Vegas !
Suckling pig & genuine Japanese A5 wagyu. Delicious and most unusual foie gras dishes...Foieffle (waffle w/ foie), Foies'mores, Foie wrapped in cotton candy. If you like foie gras, you must try it!
Hidden in the meats is the Jamon loin. A very meticulously prepared dish with a very well crisper skin and tender and juicy meat. Try it, you won't be disappointed
Comida maravilhosa, um dos projetos de Philippe Starck em Vegas. Acho que esse foi um dos poucos restaurantes da cidade com o carimbo de chef (José Andrés) que realmente vale a pena 😋
Service was amazing. Very interesting selection of food choices . Abu our server was very informative. We ordered Kobe , suckling pig , iberico and dessert everything was amazing
We all go to Vegas to be wowed. This now includes food in Vegas. For a few spins of the wheel you can have a meal you will NEVER forget by Chef Jose Andrés. A MUST DO!
Order the traditional beef tartare and "Beefsteak" tomatotartare together and compare for a uniquely thought-provoking meal. Ingredients vs. Flavors vs. Textures vs. Components vs. Presentation?
Introducing the meat-flavored dessert we never knew we needed. (If savory cotton candy isn’t your thing, play it safe with the king crab legs.) Leer más
Steaks are smaller than you'd expect even when you get the size they recommend. Main courses came out at all different times, up to 25 mins apart. Many menu options were not available. Disappointing.
Terrible service and extremely overpriced menu. Spanish wines at about 8x market price. "Spanish" tapas were no better than the Bellagio brunch for ten times less. pretentious meal and poor experience
Really wasn’t impressed by the dishes here. The only things our table enjoyed were the mashed potatoes and one of the salads. Everything else was pretty bad.
