Great hotel with super-friendly staff right by the convention center and a quick walk to good restaurants and bars. The hotel lobby bar is perfect for solo travelers looking to unwind!
Great stay. All the staff I encountered from the doormen to front desk were friendly and helpful. Loved the bed and shower. Parking was expensive (even self parking) but would stay here again.
While not my first choice of Boston hotels, seems to be a great place for an event. #CEBSummit has been remarkably well run. Lobster rolls, crab cakes & airy sweet potato pastries--great event food.
An exerciser's haven. They have exercise clothes you can borrow for $5 if you forgot yours. Includes New Balance shirt, pants, and shoes with socks you can keep.
Great hotel and heavenly beds. I checked in with a loud baby crying next door and the concierge was able to change my rooms to a corner room. Had a great stay! Thanks
Sure, the price you pay is a little steep for the size of your room, however the hotel is located right next to a convention center and it is also pretty nice. Good beds
A lot of haters on this thread. I slept just fine walls no thinner than any other hotel. And yeah it's expensive but it's Boston it always is. Rooms n common areas lovely.
Love that it's close to downtown and also 6 minutes from the airport. Newer hotel, not one that's been refurbished. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The restaurant is mediocre and expensive.
Rodney is the nicest bellhop ever! Told us all about the hotel and the rooms features when we entered and said to call him personally if we needed anything.
Only thing that's free here is bottle water and in-room Starbucks. The bed is amazing with decent amenities, but skip food or drinks. The waterfront has much better and less $ just a 5 min walk away
First room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. After I complained, got upgraded to a room on a higher floor with city view. Super comfortable beds! Didn't hear my neighbors, as others have complained
They still charge you for wifi (almost $20/day for "high speed") and walls are REALLY thin where you'll hear every moan and groan of your neighbor so ask for a room at the end of the hall.
"Hybrid cars only" section has no outlets that support charging a car at 110v/15a much less NEMA 14-50. Price gouging on Wifi in 2014 should be against the law. Really crappy AT&T LTE coverage.
Standard Westin, yes the walls are paper thin and yes the parking it insanely overpriced, but all Westins are - it's what it says on the can! Breakfast SHOULD be included for $385/night - but it's not
This is a very disappointing Westin. Service was not good, breakfast buffet was awful. If you prefer SPG Hotels, we had a much better stay at the Element Seaport last year.
Located in the bustling new Seaport District, The Westin Boston... Waterfront allows for easy travel to the most popular Boston attractions. Walk to historic sites, museums, the waterfront, and world-class shopping and restaurants downtown.(Mostrar más)
