Airport trains (Canada line) arrive approx every 10 minutes.
Very pleasant venue. Avoid checking bags inbound if you can as bag delivery is mysteriously slow. A Nexus card speeds immigration and customs.
If you come up here around noon you may be lucky enough to catch a rather good looking IT department having lunch.
It seems that US customs when departing doesn't open until 4:30. Even after using global entry or nexus you need to speak to an officer.

Air Canada and WestJet really don't limit their carry on's when you fly domestic
There are no take onboard food options after clearing security! Find something before you are trapped!
If you're departing for USA, good to know that US Customs doesn't open until 4:30am.

Nhadyne BantonEnero 31, 2011When in the priority lounge pay attention to changes about your flight as the loud speaker announcements does not reach the lounge. Missed my flight cause of that, after 4 delays!!!
