    Ging ja noch nie besonders schnell, aber heute ist schlimm. 3x Bestellung wiederholt, Scampis nur halb durchgebraten...Schade

    Lange Wartezeiten bis zu 1h, ungemütlich weil zu voll und zu laut, sowie verbrannte Pizza und matschige Nudeln .. selten so lange auf schlechtes Essen gewartet

    Very strange, confusing ordering system. They think it is a "feature", but in reality this causes long waiting time. But food is good.

    It's quite a McDonald's atmosphere: self service, noisy, crowded, personnel who hate their jobs.. ok, ok, Vapiano is definitely the better fast food!

    Ich liebe Vapiano, aber die Filiale Potsdamer Platz geht gar nicht... schon mehrfach unfreundliches Kochpersonal gehabt und schlecht zubereitetes Essen. Dann lieber Filiale Mittelstr.

    Food ia OK but waiting 45 on foot to order totally destroys it. If you see a queue of more than two people than just skip it.

    Hektisch, häufig überfüllt, Essen ist sehr lecker, beim Zubereiten schaut man zu. Ansonsten eher wie eine Mensa, aber nicht gerade günstig.

    just don't bother. the lack of table service, slow moving queues, and multiple food orders is not what i would expect. no seats whilst waiting, either.
