Staff is excellent. Concierge lounge is one of the better ones I have seen. Rooms facing freeway are noisy...try to get room on other side of hallway.

Got 1000 points for my complaint so all is good.- Very friendly staff, great concierge lounge; excellent fitness center
They have a free shuttle that will drop you in town and pick you up. Last ride is at 10:30 pm though...

Heidi BelisleMayo 16, 2012Construction is done! Self parking is a problem when the hotel is full. Forces you to use the valet service.
Follow the yellow path and find the wizard at the end.
I would say that sleeping in during renovations here isn't possible - but maybe on other floors, further from the construction...
