Scallop porridge is still about the best in SG I've tried; they are extremely generous with the portions of scallop. Siew mai are miserable, $4 for 4 pieces of tasteless thumb drive sized meat chunks
The no 1 recommended dish is the beef rice bowl. Tender pieces of meat are laid above the rice that is seasoned with their special sauce. They add the yolk of a half cooked egg and a little garnishing
Special Noodle is cheap and authentic - ¥850. Queue up for it, you won't regret it.
