There's a very home-town feel to this place. By that I mean the folks who did the layout didn't realize they were planning for a city with over 3 million people in it.

Getting worse every trip - no airport WiFi and 70% of the power plugs do not work. Hard to be productive waiting on a flight.
Welcome to SouthWORST one day the gate agents may get some customer service training.
They have a great Life Is Good Store, one of the best.
When TSA officer asks your name don't stumble.!
Try not to check bags. They don't come for at least 30-40 min from landing.
Be aware of the construction they are having and just navigate it well.
